Shipping & Returns
When orders are placed through our website we do our best to dispatch your order within 14 days to allow for printing of items. At particularly busy times it may take longer to dispatch your order. In these situations, we would contact you to advise this.
Please contact us directly for costs to ship worldwide, these will be worked out based on current prices at time of sale.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking details (where appropriate). Please refer to these tracking details in the first instance if you haven't received your order.
Please be aware that when your package is delivered you MUST make the postman or delivery courier aware of any damage to the packaging before signing to accept receipt. Failure to do this makes it very hard to submit a claim for damaged items.
Please note that any damage or incorrect orders must be reported within three working days of receipt.
Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with UK legislation, you are entitled to return your order for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). You must inform us (by emailing email@example.com) within fourteen days of receiving your order that you would like a refund.
Items must be returned to us within fourteen days of this. Please note:
Goods must be returned ‘as sold’ sealed in the original packaging
Goods must be unused and in 'AS NEW' condition. If you have opened a package to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way. We recommend returning items by recorded delivery, as refunds cannot be made where items are lost in the post.
We will acknowledge your return upon receipt, and will refund the cost of the goods returned within fourteen days.
